Hi!

I am experiencing a major problem regarding mail-in DB and email responses.
After upgrading to Domino 8.5 a mail-in database has started to send email replies as response documents.

This occurs when a customer receives an email based on a question she or he mailed in. The reply from the customer is not delivered to the inbox. It is delivered to the completed view instead (in the mail-in db).
There it is attached as a response document to the original question and our reply.
In order to process the message, it must be found in the "inbox" as a new message (and not under completed).

The code for reply is simple:
I am using @mailsend (no parameters) from the response document. The e-mail is launced by an action button.

I have one view for inbox (selection statement based on doc state is ""), while in the completed view I have doc state set as "completed"

This issue may cause us to loose customers and could be the final reason to find another product than Notes.

Is this a new feature for mail-in db with response documents in version 8.5?

Does anyone know how to turn this feature off?
That is how can I avoid replies to a (e-mail) response become another response?

Please help, I am bummed out.
